How can I find out the ingredients of a product?
You will find the ingredients information clearly on the label and on the product page on our website. Our products have no hidden ingredients, what you read on the label is what is included.
Do you offer any organic products?
Yes, we do offer Organic products in our store, we aim high in producing the highest quality of our products and most of our products are made of 100% organic oils.
How can I determine the right products for my skin type?
We have written a blog about knowing your skin type and determining the right product for your skin. For more detailed information, please go to our blog page.
What is your return policy for opened/used products?
We do allow you to return your unopened or gently used product within 15 days after original purchase for a full refund and you are liable for return shipping cost. For products returned after 15 days, will be eligible for online store credit only.
How long will it take to receive my order?
We normally have products packed and shipped withing 24 hours. Delivery times will differ with the shipping Courrier selected at checkout.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently do not ship outside USA.
How can I track my order?
After your package has been shipped, you will receive a tracking code in your email used to make the purchase depending on your shipping carrier selected at checkout.
